- 4 regular English muffin, wheat
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1 medium cucumber
- 2 cup grapes
- Toast English muffins if desired. Slice cucumber. (Leave peels intact if kiddos are okay with them).
- Spread almond butter onto English muffin halves.
- Serve with cucumbers and grapes on the side.
