10 Minute Bread Bowls
These adorable little bread bowls, made with a slice of whole wheat bread, are not only easy to make, but they are a fun little bowl to put salads, soups, or even dips! Last night, we put our dinner salad in them!

To make your own bread bowl, cut the crust off of one slice of whole wheat bread, or use an upside down, wide mouth cup to cut a circle out of your bread. Don’t toss the crust! Use it to make bread crumbs or croutons!!
Put it in the microwave for 10 seconds in order to make it soft and pliable. Press into the cup of a muffin tin.

Once you have the number of bowls you need, bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Take out, turn over onto the counter and they should pop right out!

Our salad included
- Lettuce, Finely chopped
- Spinach, finely chopped
- Carrots, finely chopped
- Tomatoes, finely chopped
- Hard boiled egg, finely chopped
Our dressing was honey mustard!
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 2 TBL lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 cup olive oil
We put the dressing in little shot glasses. My husband makes fun of me for buying shot glasses, since we don’t drink alcohol, but they are so cute! I love them for little juices and drinks, when you just need a tiny bit!
So try it!! What will you put in your bread bowls?
