- 2 medium carrot
- 1 cup broccoli, florets
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 4 tablespoon ranch dressing, low fat
- Peel and cut carrots into sticks or rounds and cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces. Slice tomatoes in half.
- Fill large paper cupcake liners with the veggies. Use mini-cupcake paper liners for the Ranch dressing. Enjoy the fun!
