  • 8 medium dates, Medjool
  • 1/2 cup oats, dry
  • 1/8 cup hemp seeds
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup coconut flakes


  • Add dates, oats, hemp, and cinnamon to a food processor or high-powered blender. Pulse until mixed well.
  • Shape into balls, then roll in coconut flakes.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to eat.
