- 8 slice bread, whole wheat
- 1/2 cup hummus
- 2 cup spinach
- 4 medium carrot
- 2 cup watermelon
- Spread hummus over bread slices then add spinach, forming 4 sandwiches; cut each in half or into quarters.
- Peel carrots and cut into sticks; chop watermelon into wedges.
- Serve sandwiches with carrot sticks and watermelon on the side.
