  • 8 slice bread, whole wheat
  • 1/2 cup hummus
  • 2 cup spinach

Serve With

  • 4 medium carrot
  • 2 cup watermelon


  • Spread hummus over bread slices then add spinach, forming 4 sandwiches; cut each in half or into quarters.
  • Peel carrots and cut into sticks; chop watermelon into wedges.
  • Serve sandwiches with carrot sticks and watermelon on the side.
