  • 1 none cooking spray
  • 4 large egg
  • 1 medium tomato, red
  • 8 slice bread, whole wheat
  • 4 slice ham, deli sliced
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Serve With

  • 2 cup grapes


  • Spray a small skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-high. Cook 1 egg at a time in skillet, stirring to scramble; set each egg aside separately. Meanwhile, slice tomato.
  • Place 1 slice of bread onto a preheated sandwich press. Top with 1 scrambled egg, a slice of ham, spinach, tomato slice, some mozzarella and another slice of bread. Cook with sandwich press until cheese is melted and bread is golden. Serve with grapes.
