Scrambled Avocado Eggs

Ingredients
- 1 none cooking spray
- 4 large egg
- 4 tablespoon milk
- 1 medium avocado
- 4 cup cereal, high fiber, low sugar
- 2 cup milk
Instructions
- Spray a skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium heat. Whisk eggs and milk; pour into hot skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes to allow eggs to become firm. Stir to scramble; cook until no longer runny.
- While eggs cook, peel and remove pit from the avocado and cut into cubes.
- Add scrambled eggs to each plate; top with avocado. Serve each with a side of whole grain cereal and milk.
