Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup butter melted and cooled
- 3/4 cup brown sugar packed
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chunks
- 3/4 cup caramel chips
- flaky sea salt for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Mix until smooth. Add the eggs and vanilla and whisk until fully combined.
- Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until just combined. Fold in chocolate chunks and caramel chips.
- Scoop dough into balls (about 2 tablespoons each) and place on baking sheet.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, until the edges are golden but centers are still soft.
