  • Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Mix until smooth. Add the eggs and vanilla and whisk until fully combined.
  • Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until just combined. Fold in chocolate chunks and caramel chips.
  • Scoop dough into balls (about 2 tablespoons each) and place on baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10–12 minutes, until the edges are golden but centers are still soft.
  • Immediately sprinkle cookies with flaky sea salt. Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!!
