Ingredients

  • 15 ounce black beans, canned
  • 15 ounce white beans, canned
  • 15 ounce kidney beans, canned
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 medium carrot
  • 4 stalk celery
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cup vegetable broth
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup stewed tomatoes, canned
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, ground

Toppings

  • 2 ounce cheddar cheese

Serve With

  • 2 cup grapes

Instructions

  • Drain and rinse beans. Chop onion, carrots, and celery. Toss all chili ingredients into a slow cooker; cook on high for 6-8 hours or low for 8-10 hours.
  • Serve topped with grated cheese and with grapes on the side.
