Raspberry Applesauce Smoothie

  • 1 cup raspberries, frozen
  • 2 cup applesauce, unsweetened
  • 2 medium banana
  • 2 cup yogurt, plain, low-fat
  • 2 tablespoon wheat germ
  • 4 cup spinach


  • Place all ingredients into a high-powered blender and mix until smooth.
  • If mixture is too thick, add water or another preferred liquid until evenly blended and the desired consistency is reached.
