- 1 cup raspberries, frozen
- 2 cup applesauce, unsweetened
- 2 medium banana
- 2 cup yogurt, plain, low-fat
- 2 tablespoon wheat germ
- 4 cup spinach
- Place all ingredients into a high-powered blender and mix until smooth.
- If mixture is too thick, add water or another preferred liquid until evenly blended and the desired consistency is reached.
