Ingredients

  • 6 ounce cheddar cheese
  • 2 medium apple
  • 3 cup Peas, green, raw
  • 3/4 cup Salad dressing, caesar, low calorie
  • 1/2 cup pimento, canned
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, ground

Instructions

  • Cut cheese and apples into small cubes. Toss into bowl with remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours before serving.
