  • 1 1/4 cup oats, dry
  • 1 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 medium banana
  • 1/4 cup almonds, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon


  • In a large bowl, mix oats and milk. Divide between 4 sealable containers (mason jars work well) and refrigerate overnight.
  • In the morning, top with sliced bananas, almonds and cinnamon; serve.
