Kids Mini Loaded Baked Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 12 small new potatoes, red or white
  • 8 ounce turkey bacon
  • 1 bunch broccoli
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 ounce cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Wash and Cook potatoes in the oven (arranged in a dish) for about an hour on 350 degrees.  After they come out, cut the potatoes in half.  Sprinkle with cooked bacon, broccoli, and cheese.
