Heat oven to 375°F. Spray a small baking dish (about 1.5 quarts) with cooking spray.
Slice bananas and place them along the bottom of the baking dish. Sprinkle with 1 cup of berries.
In a small bowl, whisk together egg, vanilla and almond extract, milk and honey. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, mix the oats, almonds, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Sprinkle mixture over berries and bananas. Pour liquid over the oats and sprinkle with remaining berries.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the oats have softened and become browned. Serve warm.
