- 1 medium bell pepper, yellow
- 8 jumbo black olives, canned
- 1 cup cauliflower, florets
- 1 cup broccoli, florets
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing, low fat
- Slice peppers and place on a tray with the olives, cauliflower, and broccoli. Serve with ranch dressing. The kids can crunch away while doing their homework!
