Ingredients

  • 4 medium – grapefruit
  • 4 medium – banana
  • 1 cup – orange juice
  • 4 cup – strawberries, frozen, unsweetened

Directions

  1. Peel grapefruit and bananas and add to blender.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
Use more or less grapefruit to meet your family's desired tastes; the more you use, the more tart the smoothie will be.
