Ingredients

  • 6 tortilla (approx 7-8″ dia) tortilla, whole wheat
  • 1 cup black beans, canned
  • 2 cup salsa
  • 3 oz feta cheese crumbles
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 medium avocado
  • 2 cup pineapple

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 
  • Lay out tortillas on baking sheet. Drain and rinse beans. 
  • Layer each tortilla with an even amount of beans, salsa and cheese, sprinkle each with chili powder.  Wrap up and place in the oven for 8-10 minutes.  
  • Serve with avocado slices and pineapple.
