Pressed Ciabatta Sandwich
Ingredients
- 8 slice bread, Italian
- 1 medium zucchini
- 1 medium tomato, red
- 4 slice turkey breast, deli style
- 4 ounce mozzarella cheese
Serve With
- 4 medium apple
Instructions
- Slice bread into slices, if not already done. Slice zucchini and tomato thinly. Layer sandwich with zucchini, turkey, cheese and tomato; place into a hot sandwich press. Cook until cheese melts, bread is toasted and sandwich flattens.
- Serve with apples.
