  • Slice bread into slices, if not already done.  Slice zucchini and tomato thinly.  Layer sandwich with zucchini, turkey, cheese and tomato; place into a hot sandwich press.  Cook until cheese melts, bread is toasted and sandwich flattens.
  • Serve with apples.
