  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cup yogurt, vanilla, low-fat
  • 3 medium peach
  • 1 cup oats, dry
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon


  • Add milk and yogurt to blender. Peel and dice 1 peach and add to blender along with remaining ingredients (minus the remaining peaches). Blend well.
  • Serve with sliced peaches on the side.
