Pea Salad
Ingredients
- 6 ounce cheddar cheese
- 2 medium apple
- 3 cup Peas, green, raw
- 3/4 cup Salad dressing, caesar, low calorie
- 1/2 cup pimento, canned
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, ground
Instructions
- Cut cheese and apples into small cubes. Toss into bowl with remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours before serving.

What sort of peas are they? Are they thawed frozen?
We usually use frozen peas, because fresh peas have a very short growing season!
