Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 2 cup oats, dry
- 2 cup milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Toppings
- 1/8 cup maple syrup, pure
- 1/4 cup almonds, sliced
- 1 cup cranberries, dried
Instructions
- Mix together oats, milk, lemon juice, and vanilla; place in a sealable container and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, scoop oats out into individual dishes then add toppings as desired.
- Enjoy!
