- 4 serving crackers, whole-wheat
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup jam, all-fruit
- 1 cup blackberries
- 5 leaves mint, fresh
- Lay out crackers on a platter or plate. Spread each with 1/2 tablespoon cream cheese. Scoop 1/2 teaspoon of jam onto the cream cheese.
- Gently rinse the berries pat dry with paper towel and place one onto each cracker. Garnish with a mint leaf and decorative toothpick.
