Fruit and Cream Cheese Crackers

Ingredients

  • 4 serving crackers, whole-wheat
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup jam, all-fruit
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 5 leaves mint, fresh

Instructions

  • Lay out crackers on a platter or plate. Spread each with 1/2 tablespoon cream cheese. Scoop 1/2 teaspoon of jam onto the cream cheese.
  • Gently rinse the berries pat dry with paper towel and place one onto each cracker. Garnish with a mint leaf and decorative toothpick.
