- 2 cup oats, dry
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup, pure
- 1 cup coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup almonds, sliced
- 1 medium banana
- Add oats to a large bowl and mix with milk, water, and maple syrup.
- Equally divide mixture among 4 sealable containers (canning jars work great!); cover and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, give the oats a stir, then top with coconut flakes, almonds, and banana slices. Add additional syrup to taste if desired.
