  • 1 medium banana
  • 5 ounce cherries, frozen, sweetened
  • 1 cup pineapple, frozen
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup plain yogurt


  • Peel banana.  Place all ingredients into a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
  • If mixture is too thick, add more orange juice until the desired consistency is reached.
  • Serve immediately.
