Hi Kate! Broccoli slaw is a type of bagged salad mix that consists of very thin cut broccoli stems, usually mixed with other veggies like carrots and purple cabbage. Most grocery stores in the US sell broccoli slaw, but if you can’t get your hands on broccoli slaw, a regular coleslaw blend of shredded veggies will also work in this wrap.
