- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3-4 cups kale stems removed and chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 green onions, sliced plus more for serving
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil optional
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes optional
