I really love extracts and we have many. You can find butter flavoring, vanilla, maple, almond, lemon, strawberry, banana, coconut, anise, orange, peppermint, and even chocolate! It's a great way to flavor up foods without adding calories, fat, or sugar.
What do you like to use extracts for?

I love extracts too. This sounds great; I'll have to try it.

I have looked for maple extract before and never find it. where do you get it and could I use a few drops of pure maple syrup as a substitute?
