  • 2 cup yogurt, vanilla, low-fat
  • 1 1/2 cup pumpkin, canned
  • 2/3 cup orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 medium banana


  • Combine all ingredients in blender; process until smooth.
