Cucumbers & Carrots

  • 2 medium cucumber
  • 6 medium carrot
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt


  • Cut cucumber in half, then cut the halves into strips.  Sprinkle with sea salt.  Cut carrots into strips.  Serve carrots and salted cucumbers immediately.
