  • 2 medium apple
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon sugar


  • Core and chop apples into chunks
  • Place in a microwave safe bowl with a small amount of water.

  • Mix together the cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle over the apples. Enjoy!
