- 2 medium apple
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Core and chop apples into chunks
- Place in a microwave safe bowl with a small amount of water.
- Cover the bowl with a microwave safe dish and microwave for two minutes or until apples are soft.
- Mix together the cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle over the apples. Enjoy!
