Low Fat But Delicious Oatmeal Cookies
  • 1/2 Cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 Cups Rolled oats
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp soda
  • 3 eggs

Beat sugars and oil until well blended. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

Drop on cookie sheet and bake 400 degrees for 9 minutes.
