Freezer Pizza Bites
- 1 pound pizza dough, whole wheat
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 4 ounce mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup pineapple
- 1/2 cup, chopped bell pepper, green
- 1/2 cup, pieces or slices mushrooms, white
- 1/2 cup black olives, canned
- 1 ounce pepperoni
- 1/2 cup, chopped onion
Let the dough rise until double in size.
Roll out very thin - about 1/4" thick.
Use the circle part on the back of the press to cut out circles.
Stretch the circle on top of the press.
Use about 1 teaspoon of pizza sauce on the small circle.
Fill with your favorite toppings.
Press the dough and place on a pizza stone or baking sheet. If you use a baking sheet, spray with cooking spray or a bit of oil first.
Bake at 400 degrees F for 10-11 minutes or until golden.
