Ingredients

Poppy Seed Dressing

  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt, plain
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • salt and pepper to taste

Berry Salad

  • 1 head romaine lettuce
  • 3 cups baby spinach
  • 1 cup strawberries, chopped
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese
  • 1/3 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

Poppy Seed Dressing

  • Whisk ingredients together in a medium size bowl. Transfer to a salad dressing pourer and refrigerate until ready to serve your salad.

Berry Salad

  • Wash and chop greens in bite size pieces and add to a salad bowl. Top with berries, feta cheese, and pecans. Serving with poppy seed dressing.
