- 1 cup Greek vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 medium banana frozen
- 10 each ice cubes more if you want a thicker shake
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth!
