Smashed Potatoes with Paprika and Cumin

These golden potatoes are smashed, seasoned with smoky paprika and earthy cumin, and roasted to perfection. They’re easy to prepare and can be made ahead!

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. In a small bowl, combine the paprika, cumin, salt and pepper.
  • Add the potatoes to a large pot of water and bring to a boil. Cook for 10-15 minutes or until the potatoes are fork tender. Drain and set aside.
  • Lightly coat a baking sheet with oil. Spread the potatoes out evenly on the baking sheet, then use the back of a fork to gently smash. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with the seasoning.
  • Place in the preheated oven and roast for 20-25 minutes or until crispy and golden. Serve hot.
