Instructions

Preparing Smoothie Pack Ingredients

  • We have found the best way to freeze Greek Yogurt, Honey, Peanut Butter and Almond Butter is to freeze in an ice cube tray prior to assembling your smoothie packs. I recommend using a silicone ice cube tray to easily pop the ingredients out after frozen. This silicone ice cube tray is my favorite and each section holds 2 tablespoons.

Assembling Freezer Smoothie Packs

  • In a freezer safe bag, add all the smoothie ingredients except for the liquid. Place flat in the freezer. Repeat for additional packs. Label the outside of the bag or container with the name of the smoothie and the amount of liquid that you need to add when ready to make the smoothie.

Making a Smoothie from Frozen Smoothie Packs

  • When you are ready to make your smoothie, pour the needed amount of liquid according to the recipe in a blender. Add one frozen smoothie pack and blend until smooth, adding extra liquid if desired to preferred consistency. Serve cold and enjoy!
