Christmas Pepper and Pea Potatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cup potato, red
- 1 cup bell pepper, red
- 1 cup green peas, frozen
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, ground
Add 1 Tablespoon of olive oil to a skillet and heat.
Add chopped potatoes and chopped red pepper. Cook until mostly tender about 4-5 minutes.
Add 1 cup of frozen peas and cook until heated through.
Season with salt and pepper.
