  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cup potato, red
  • 1 cup bell pepper, red
  • 1 cup green peas, frozen
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, ground


  • Add 1 Tablespoon of olive oil to a skillet and heat.
  • Add chopped potatoes and chopped red pepper. Cook until mostly tender about 4-5 minutes.
  • Add 1 cup of frozen peas and cook until heated through.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
