Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • 3/4 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup milk dairy or plant-based
  • 1-2 tsp honey or maple syrup optional
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract optional
  • 1/2 banana optional for extra creaminess
  • Optional: granola and fresh raspberries for serving

Instructions

  • Add frozen peaches, frozen raspberries, Greek yogurt, milk, honey or maple syrup if using, vanilla extract, and banana to a blender.
  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Stop and scrape down the sides if needed.
  • If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more milk. If you want it thicker, add more frozen fruit or a few ice cubes. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
