Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Place butter in a 9×13 casserole dish and set it in the oven while it heats to melt the butter.
  • Prepare pancake batter while the butter melts.
  • Remove dish from oven and pour half the pancake batter into the warmed, butter-coated dish.
  • Evenly distribute sausage, scrambled eggs, bacon, and cottage cheese over the batter.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar on top. Drizzle with maple syrup.
  • Spread the remaining pancake batter over everything.
  • Bake for 40 minutes, or until the center springs back when pressed and looks fully set.
