Add nuts to a food processor and pulse until they form a coarse, crumbly texture.
Add dates, coconut flakes, blueberries, acai powder, chia seeds, coconut oil, and salt. Blend until the mixture becomes sticky and holds together when pressed.
If the mixture feels too dry, add water 1 tablespoon at a time until it sticks together easily.
Scoop about 1 tablespoon of mixture and roll into balls. Place on a plate or tray.
Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes to firm up. Enjoy immediately or store for later.
