These Mixed Berry Protein Smoothies are creamy, fruity, and packed with protein! They make a delicious quick, healthy breakfast or snack.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed frozen berriesstrawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries all work well
  • 1 banana, frozen or fresh
  • ¾ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup milk dairy or plant-based
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or ground flaxseed optional
  • 1-2 tsp honey or maple syrup optional
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract optional

Instructions

  • Add the frozen berries, banana, Greek yogurt, milk, protein powder, chia seeds or flaxseed if using, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract to a high-powered blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy. Stop to scrape down the sides or use the blender tamper if needed.
  • For a thinner smoothie, add more milk a splash at a time. For a thicker smoothie, add more frozen berries, banana, or a few ice cubes.
  • Pour into glasses and enjoy right away.
