Instructions
Make the marinade: Combine olive oil, soy sauce, Sprite (or 7-Up), garlic salt, and horseradish (if using) in a liquid measuring cup or large zip-top bag.
Marinate the chicken: Add chicken, seal, and refrigerate for 6–24 hours, turning occasionally if possible (if using chicken tenders, do not marinate for longer than 12 hours).
Grill: Grill over medium heat for 4–6 minutes per side, until cooked through.
Bake: Bake at 400°F for 18–22 minutes.
Pan-cook: Cook in a skillet over medium heat until golden and cooked through.
