To a blender, add the almond milk, greek yogurt, lemon juice, lemon zest, honey and vanilla extract.
Add the frozen berries, banana, and ice (if using) on top.
Blend on high for about a minute or until it is smooth and creamy.
Taste and add additional honey to sweeten if necessary, or add a splash of almond milk for a thinner consistency. Add protein powder if using and blend again for another 30 seconds or until combined.
