Ingredients
2 cups frozen strawberries1 ripe banana¾ cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt¾ cup milk, dairy or plant-based1–2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup, optional½ teaspoon vanilla extract, optional1 tablespoon chia seeds or ground flaxseed, optional
Instructions
Add the frozen strawberries, banana, yogurt, milk, honey or maple syrup if using, vanilla extract, and chia seeds or flaxseed to a blender.
Blend on high until the smoothie is creamy and completely smooth. Stop and scrape down the sides if needed. If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more milk. If you want it thicker, add a few extra frozen strawberries or a handful of ice.
