Ingredients

Strawberry Granola

  • 1 rice cake
  • 2-3 tbsp vanilla Greek yogurt or flavor of choice
  • 2-3 fresh strawberries sliced
  • 2 tbsp granola

Banana Chia

  • 1 rice cake
  • 2-3 tbsp vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 banana sliced
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • drizzle of honey optional

Blueberry Peanut Butter

Instructions

  • For the Strawberry Granola Rice Cake: Spread yogurt on the rice cake. Add sliced strawberries and sprinkle granola for crunch.
  • For the Banana Chia Rice Cake: Spread yogurt over the rice cake. Top with banana slices and sprinkle chia seeds. Add honey if desired.
  • For the Blueberry Peanut Butter: Spread yogurt, top with blueberries, and drizzle with peanut butter.
