- 8 oz almond milk or other milk of choice
- 1/2 cup canned white navy beans drained and rinsed
- 3-4 cups fresh baby spinach packed
- 1/3 cup vanilla protein powder optional
- 1 apple cored and chopped
- 1-2 oranges peeled
- 1-2 frozen bananas
- 1/2 avocado optional
Add all ingredients to a blender in the order listed (liquids first for easier blending).
Blend until smooth and creamy, about 30–60 seconds.
Taste and adjust ingredients as needed for sweetness or thickness.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
