Ingredients

  • 8 oz almond milk or other milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup canned white navy beans drained and rinsed
  • 3-4 cups fresh baby spinach packed
  • 1/3 cup vanilla protein powder optional
  • 1 apple cored and chopped
  • 1-2 oranges peeled
  • 1-2 frozen bananas
  • 1/2 avocado optional

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender in the order listed (liquids first for easier blending).
  • Blend until smooth and creamy, about 30–60 seconds.
  • Taste and adjust ingredients as needed for sweetness or thickness.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
