  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine the oats, brown sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Dice the apples and peaches.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk and butter. Add to the dry ingredients along with the fruit and stir to combine. Pour into a greased 8-inch baking dish. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Cut into squares. Serve with milk if desired.
