  • Cut fresh pineapple into small, even pieces. Smaller pieces make the salsa easier to scoop and help every bite taste balanced.
  • Place diced pineapple in a medium bowl. Add finely diced red onion, minced jalapeno, and chopped cilantro.
  • Squeeze fresh lime juice over the salsa. Start with one lime, then add more to taste.
  • Sprinkle with salt and stir gently until everything is combined. Taste and add additional salt if needed.
  • Serve immediately, or refrigerate for 15–30 minutes to let the flavors blend.
