14ozcan sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2cupscold water
3ozpackage vanilla instant pudding
2cupswhipping creamwhipped to stiff peaks
36vanilla wafers approximately
2 1/2cupsraspberries and/or blackberriesif using frozen, do not thaw
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, beat the sweetened condensed milk and cold water on low speed until combined.Add the instant vanilla pudding mix and beat until fully blended. Refrigerate for 5 minutes to thicken.
Whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture until light and fluffy.
In a tall glass bowl, trifle dish, or individual clear cups, layer in this order:Pudding mixtureVanilla wafersBerriesRepeat layers as desired.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours to allow the wafers to soften, frozen berries to thaw, and the flavors will meld together.
